The HGW Legend Vault is a ranking platform for the cultural and sporting legends who shaped the modern era. We rank using a proprietary framework called the 10 Pillars of Domination — the dimensions of greatness that separate the all-time greats from the merely great.
How We Rank
We don't follow popular opinion. We don't rank by Instagram followers. We rank by the receipts: trophies, longevity, technical mastery, and the cultural weight a legend carried into every arena they entered.
Each legend in the Vault is graded against the 10 Pillars. The result is the HGW Grade — a number between 0 and 100 that represents where a legend stands in the historical record.
The 5% God-Tier Cap
Only 5% of legends in the Vault may carry a Grade of 90 or above. This is enforced. Greatness must remain rare. When you see a Grade of 95+, you are looking at someone who belongs in the conversation of the greatest of all time.
